The Houston Charms Gives to 10 Families This Thanksgiving

Oftentimes, we get caught up in the “thanks” part of Thanksgiving and forget that the word ends in “giving,” an action that focuses on another person rather than ourself. As we enjoy time with our loved ones, it’s hard to look past ourselves and our gratitude to understand that there are people out there who would be thankful for a quarter of what we have.

The holidays provides a sense of tradition to many. The Houston Charms will gather and donate enough non perishable items to ensure all the trimmings of a thanksgiving meal are shared with at least ten (10 ) disadvantaged families in the community during Thanksgiving.
